GPX viewer and converter
Drop a GPX file from a GPS watch, bike computer or app (Strava, Garmin, Komoot, AllTrails) to see the route, distance, climbing and timing — and convert it to KML, GeoJSON or CSV.
Tracks, routes and waypoints are all supported.

Elevation profile
What you get
- Distance — summed great-circle distance between points (haversine on a 6,371 km sphere), the same method most apps use.
- Elevation gain and loss — with an adjustable threshold that filters out GPS jitter.
- Total and moving time, average speed — when the file contains timestamps.
- Route shape and elevation profile — drawn without loading any map service.
Converting GPX
GPX to KML
For Google Earth and Google My Maps. Tracks become lines and waypoints become placemarks, with elevation kept.
GPX to GeoJSON
For web maps (Leaflet, Mapbox, OpenLayers), QGIS and geojson.io. Coordinates are longitude, latitude, elevation as the GeoJSON standard requires.
GPX to CSV
One row per point with latitude, longitude, elevation, UTC time and cumulative distance — ready for Excel or a spreadsheet chart.
Questions
My file has several tracks. Are they combined?
Statistics cover all tracks and routes in the file. Exports keep each track segment as its own line.
Can I see the route on a map here?
The shape is drawn to scale without a background map so that no location data is sent to a map provider. Export to KML or GeoJSON to view it on a map.
